Fresh and crisp Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with a nose of fresh asparagus, and tropical fruits such as peach and lychee. On the palate it is vibrant and fresh with balanced natural acidity, well rounded and good structure. A lovely wine.
The label shows a Mayfly fishing fly which is used in the rivers around new Zealand in early spring to catch Trout.
Fermented in stainless steel with no oak used to maintain the freshness and purity of fruit used.
