A crisp, dry sparkling white wine made from hand-picked Bacchus (100%) grown in Surrey. Notes of elderflower, peach, grapefruit, fresh cut grass. Aromatic, crisp and dry.
Technicals - Chalk soil, whole berry pressing, temperature controlled fermentation at 15.5'C, bentonite fining, cross flow filtration.
