Profanity certainly has its uses. Williams Bros. Brewing Co. know this well and that’s why they’ve helped brew a Profanity Stout. Part of their ‘chapeau’ series which celebrates the unsung heroes in the world of Homebrewing. This project attempts to bring some truly exceptional Home-brews into the public eye. Pouring a deep and dark black, your nose is greeted with intense liquorice, caramel with a deep roast undertone.
To taste, it’s lightly hopped, with a bit of coffee, citrus and a little hint of plum coming through. Situated somewhere between a stout and a black IPA, this beer ticks all the right boxes, toeing the line perfectly and delivering a stupendous drinking experience.
